Some companies claim to be professional and some surely know how to be one. Aurigo falls in second category. It is absolutely professional and I can recommend to join it. In the past year, not even for a single time has my salary been late. my leaves have been approved on a quick note. the management and HR have only been fair in everything that they've done.

Dislikes

Given the benefits, I can easily ignore some small issues.

I have been working at this organisation for approx. 11 months. All this while my journey has been excellent. It is, no doubt, quite a big organisation where everything is possible. Not to forgot, it is highly reputed. This is again a plus point of Aurigo. Whenever I tell anyone that I work here, they're just impressed.

Service in the cafeteria can be broadened to meet all our requirements and serve better.

Implementing different policies, Aurigo has improved the work-life balance for me. Considering my preferences, it allows me to adjust my work schedule. Flexible work hours are a great benefit that ensures this balance for me. Break during the shift can be regularly availed. During these breaks, I can also gel with my co workers. Not only the work life balance but my productivity is maintained too.

Pertinent to my role, I've explored learning opportunities at Aurigo. Beyond these, suiting my interests, I have worked on other new tasks as well. I surely get to learn more about my field but knowledge beyond that is also accessible here. It is great that there is no pressure to handle numerous roles. But if an employee is interested, he/she is encouraged to handle new tasks.

This company has succeeded in giving me a balanced work life. I am satisfied with the work environment as well. My colleagues respect me not only due to my position but mutually as well. I work with genuine people here who are focused on the growth of the company. We are like-minded and, hence, coordinate with ease.
