At Aurigo I can see a dynamic team. It is diverse in terms of gender. I can see a good number of males and females working. They get along well with each other. Gender diversity is awesome in this organisation. I'll give credit for this to HR and the founders. They have been thoughtful in maintaining this value. I really like to be part of such a dynamic team.

Certain clients have good projects, ensuring international exposures, but the timelines are not very flexible.

I'm satisfied with the leadership team at Aurigo. I am also happy the HR team works. Everyone who is in the top position in the office is responsible. They have an unwavering honesty. When they commit anything to employees, they surely make it happen. I have seen how the managers go above and beyond just to keep them happy.

All is completely fine in he office. If there is anything minor, I tend to overlook it.

This was my first week at Aurigo Software Technologies. It was fully comfortable to work throughout the week. It was led by a really understanding team. He supported me on all the days and often asked me if I am comfortable. During lunch breaks, he invited me to have my meal with him. There was no single moment when I felt unusual. I'd love to thank him being with me whenever needed.

Aurigo is a place that know how to keep its employees happy and satisfied. It doesn't matter if you have been here for a couple of months or a years. If you are loyal, hard-working, and self-motivated, it will give you the credit you deserve. Such has been my observation about it.

I am required to fill in my reports on software. That software doesn't work smoothly on my system. A better one could have been chosen.

The cooperation shown by HR is marvellous. In different situations, I have approached HR. I have been influenced by the empathy shown by this team. It goes beyond its way to understand the situation of an employee. I am lucky to have access to this department that understand me, no matter what.

During my training, I learned many things, mostly being new to me. It was a great initiative but it ended shortly. Its span could have been longer.

The learning curve is very high since it is a start-up that designs capital management software and customizes its products. The soft skills will be required so much though you're into just technical roles. Leadership is developed since you will handle roles alone.

Dislikes

The work-life balance is poor. Since the company is headquartered in the US, on-site and on-shore connections demand work post 8 pm or at least until 8 pm. There's no variable pay for the extra efforts you put forward. Salary and hikes are less too.

Here, I've been working for a long time and I've been surely loving my job. The office provides some of the best perks, Whether or not you're new to it. The vibe in this place is very chill. Directors are friendly and their support matters. Health and sick leaves are good in numbers. Parties and celebrations are very common. There is no gap between teams.
