I'm satisfied with the leadership team at Aurigo. I am also happy the HR team works. Everyone who is in the top position in the office is responsible. They have an unwavering honesty. When they commit anything to employees, they surely make it happen. I have seen how the managers go above and beyond just to keep them happy.

Dislikes

All is completely fine in he office. If there is anything minor, I tend to overlook it.

This was my first week at Aurigo Software Technologies. It was fully comfortable to work throughout the week. It was led by a really understanding team. He supported me on all the days and often asked me if I am comfortable. During lunch breaks, he invited me to have my meal with him. There was no single moment when I felt unusual. I'd love to thank him being with me whenever needed.

Aurigo is a place that know how to keep its employees happy and satisfied. It doesn't matter if you have been here for a couple of months or a years. If you are loyal, hard-working, and self-motivated, it will give you the credit you deserve. Such has been my observation about it.

I am required to fill in my reports on software. That software doesn't work smoothly on my system. A better one could have been chosen.

Before joining Aurigo, I was working with another company as an intern. Then I joined here after my internship was over. Working a full-day shift feels different. Aurigo trusts its employees to handle the duties they are given. They can show their interest in specific projects. The company indeed gives them a chance to work on these. I 've observed my colleagues handle tasks, whether time consuming or difficult. In a way, I have received motivation from them to take up different work. And the management has trusted me every time while assigning these.

At this office, there are plenty of doors to learning. We get to learn about our work profiles. But when we work with others in teams, we learn about additional things too. I do have many years of experience. My learning has not stopped. I continue to find doors to learning and be more expert in my field.

The managers at this office look after a number of procedures. It is a result of their activeness that everything is accomplished transparently. This transparency is maintained in office, regardless of anything. It lets me have full faith in the management. The employees are kept in the loop for all important things.

Every employee is respected here, no matter what. I have noticed that those who worked here previously are positively talked here. This is one of the things that I have noticed less in several companies. The existing employees get to enjoy a really good environment. A team of managers is there that attends to the employees nicely. They never show their superiority to us either.

In the cafe, a few machines work but they have become a little outdated and take longer to make food.

Incredible benefits are available here for employees. The training programs made my onboarding easier. Working here has been smooth because of an equipped team. The team is passionate, knowledgeable, and skilful. My colleagues are good to learn from. I look up to them because of their nature as well.
