They don't care about what's your role and profile. One of the employee was hired as digital marketing executive and they offered a good salary but the employee was lacking with the hands on practice on the project because they don't deal with any sort of digital marketing project. If they are hiring you for any digital marketing profile, you'll end up with posting on the company's social media pages and you'll learn nothing over here if your profile is in any of the digital marketing area.
