My experience with Augurs Technology has been extremely disappointing. The company has a history of firing employees without clear reasons and withholding salaries, causing significant financial hardship. Payments are delayed until the 25th of the following month, and they make it difficult to obtain essential documents after leaving. The work environment is stressful and highly unprofessional. Employees are often harassed into working on weekends, with threats that refusing could result in unpaid wages. This expectation, combined with the rude and disrespectful attitude from the CEO and managers like Pawan, Peter, Vikki, Ana, and Divya, creates a toxic atmosphere where professionalism and empathy are severely lacking. This review is intended to inform potential employees and to encourage Augurs Technology to make meaningful changes. If you like wasting time in life and feels good to be slave then its a good company.

No appraisals. You salary depends on the project. Your job is not safe. Salary date is 15 of every month, they will give it by 20 and by next month 20 in some cases. MD is such a chu**. He stays on the head of every employee to see there activity and fires you if feels bad on your even in breathing process. You cant take your own leaves.
