AU small Finance bank is one of the worst bank to work with. There is nothing I like there.

AU small finance bank is one of the worst culture I have ever seen in any bank. They treat their employees like slave and always thrash them. In Teams concalls. There expectation from their employees productivity are like they are world biggest bank. I will suggest not to join it if you are looking for career with dignity. Join only to correct your salary with a backup plan and calculated risk.
