Since the Bank is an emerging Bank. The digital platform is competative. On COVID-19 Lockdown they are still lagging behind with regards to the maintainence.. The infrastructure is not that great to manage the social distancing at office still they are looking for employees to work in office instead of work from home though it is feasible. They lack in the infrastructure management from initial stage. The number of employees doesn't propotionate with the space and basic necessatities....Read More

Dislikes

Transparency with employees is missing, too much micro management and leadership team is not correctly aligned. Hierarchy is not in process rather there is lots of bossy behaviour.

Work Details

The corporate office itself is very small and badly structured. The number of employees and space available are not at all sufficient. Bad infrastructure and poor leadership team. Overall , not a great place to work.
