Transperancy is scarce.. They Don't Practice what they Preach.. They don't pay Incentives and even if they think of paying Incentive then they will release them after 3-4 months like November 2022 Incentive got released in two parts in January 2023 but because I've resigned from AU SFB so My Incentive has been eaten by the Decision makers in the name of Policy. I have resigned on 31/12/2022 at 2200 hrs. & I am being told by the Regional Head Avinash Banerjee & BCG Head Amit Gupta that I've received Incentive in November worth INR. 26,100/- however, I am being deprived of my hard earned incentive with the reasoning of Policy formulation stating that I've resigned on 31st. December 2022.. Leaders in this Organisation are good for nothing and only believes in Squeezing the resources out and throw them out in the dustbin.
