Banks is growing but the culture is horrible unethical seniors worst place to work I will not not recommend anyone to join such a lethargic bank in other word it s not a bank Lala ka Dukan no policy nothing

Toxic work culture. Preference to localities. Seniors sitting at head positions don't have outside work experience. They are homegrown and don’t want to change themselves. No work life balance. Highly not recommending place to work
