The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest tachnology i love that i m a part of a team.i also like tha employees re hire policy

Compensation is decent but growth is slow the work pressure is very high sometimes i have to work 14-18 hours staight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the eveninv and somtimes late into tha night.i do recevive appreciation emails from my client but they mostly go unnoiced dusing my mid year appraisals also there is no onjobtraining for freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by stepwhich is a pain sometimes...Read More

Work Details

Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after tha entire produckt marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operatuons.i get to work closely with client it will be a great learning experiance
