Nothing.. these people are parasites who live on the candidates salary. Seriously if you want a genuine advice.. we should ban such companies like these.. they gave me 13 lpa and charged the client 39 lpa leading to huge work pressure on me..

They fired me without giving notice or severance pay. See if a candidate can crack an interview by himself why pay these people. also they have asked me to share the interview questions asked by the client and help train other job applicants in training them and passing the interview.. i know recruitment is costly so 20-30% of the candidate is the max you can take but these people take 80-90 % of your CTC .. you are person working and they eat your money.. it is not like infy, tcs also there no bench policy .. these are pure parsites of your salary.<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. work culture is very cunning and bad</mark>....Read More
