As I know that Atyeti provides a biggest platform for freshers where they can enhance their skills and start their career at its best. The management was very friendly even we can connect Tech Leads at any time with any queries.

Pay is quite competitve if you are experience resource and not for freshers who earns peanuts. Medical Insurance tough the coverage is too limitited.

Remember its a HR driven organisation or vendor provider. HR policies are not transparent and keeps changing drastically. Hire and Fire policy and most of the Sr Leadership team are exited or been fired by the CEO. People were fired with immeditate effect in most of the cases when project were rammed. Also you wont be able to find th e Client number or the Firm margin which is myth or kept limited. Limited client and growth oppurtunity. Hardly couple of client they support<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Project mainly on support or migration driven which is not good for learning</mark>. Remember they dont have any permanent office. They are work from shared premises. Their existent is unknown. CEO is self centred and micro manager and his language during internal call is just unprofessional. CEO should most important fire few of the leadership role like the sales guy who is just a non sense guy with hardly any revenue or clients from him.
