Work life balance, 5 day month work from office. Management is very best. You will never be questioned about the breaks, they only want ther work to be done within given SLA. Always encourage to learn and grow. Awards and recognition awards are given to keep employees encouraged. If your manager is Sajid Karke then you will always have a very comfortable environment.

If you want to join the company. Think about your career growth. There is no career growth or career development opportunities available. If your project contracts ends. They won't allow you to move into another projects internally. Instead they forced them to resign from the job without serving notice period. Toxic internal politics will affect the newly joined freshers. Managers and HR s targeted only the freshers and put low rating and play the freshers mental health. Atos has been one of the best European MNC to work with but no more. The only good thing at Atos at the moment is you will get free Microsoft Vouchers if want to do any certification.

Atos used to be dream company for many until they acquired Syntel. Worst decision they took was keeping Syntel Board of members. I mean how can you retain such board of members who could not save their own company. This is where Atos's downfall started. Now survival of Atos is almost impossible. They follow the HR policies religiously .. give ample time to resources to search for project when moved to Bench. Very good focus on learning & updkilling.

None of the leaders including their top mgmt have foresight, vision for the company and the resultant is that the company is in $5Bn debt today. Lot of regional politics.

No Appraisals , annual hike only 3%. Totally Manager's dominated approach for employee on their benefits & appraisals, with higher level of cost cutting at each facility. Nothing as per HR Policy, all rules amended as per Manager & HR. Not good for long term service as low hikes & no future.
