They won't allow you to move into another projects internally. Instead they forced them to resign from the job without serving notice period. Evey week they will provide different shifts like , Mon& Tue Week off. Wed & Thu >> Morning Fri , Sat & Sun >> Night They will not provide continuous shift because of that no sleep at night and whole day will be wasted with no sleep.
