Their are Many aspects As of now this company has splitted apart They have also not incremented our salary till now!! They have done too much cost cutting They don’t even give work from home They don’t even turn on the AC If there are not more than 10 employees sitting They turn off the AC Then why the **** you call us at the office Their is no equality in this company Everything just based on partiality I would recommend don’t join this company anyway!!! Everything depends on the account/project, team and managers you get. If things click for you, it is a excellent company to stay long term and grow. For me everything clicked and had grown within the organization. The work life balance is great! Old employees are treated well within the organization.

Atos is a good company. I learn lot of things here. Teammates are good and supportive. Work culture also very good.

work life balance is just a word here means our Team Leader and manager doesn't care about it. Lot of times my team complaint but no action yet. Evey week they will provide different shifts like , Mon& Tue Week off. Wed & Thu >> Morning Fri , Sat & Sun >> Night They will not provide continuous shift because of that no sleep at night and whole day will be wasted with no sleep.
