My project had a big team, which presented opportunities for learning. Team and peers were good. Did not see much of politics during my tenure. Policies were good till it was Atos, after acquisition Syntel all got changed (not for good).

This is about Pune office, Infrastructure (building, flooring, cafeteria) was not great though campus was huge in Atos-Syntel. No covered parking, no laptops till delivery heads (not joking). Salary raise was not great either.
