Excellent work environment and culture also. Supportive teammate and the transparent management. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling. Company policies are good appraisal are Fair and they give bonus every year.

1. All corporates/companies do share a common mistake of not able to synthesize the workdoing human resource upto the true satisfaction level of the employee himself. This mistake is of not allowing his/her will to shread the effort and knowledge on the task. It can be done in controled environment of office supervision. It happed with me, i was with an experiment of humming noises and wanted to move further for resonating frequencies of different stator materials. But the project switched.
