Many dislikes: 1. No job security, few people like “Devesh & Utkarsh “ are driving the company on their ego. 2. If you want to join the keep in mind that at any point of time you hurt ego of above 2 persons you are fired. 3. There is no process in any team. 4. People are working on their own and politicise the work. 5. Survival is based on how well you know the politics. 6. Non of the leaders know how to utilise the manpower here. They only know how to use them. 7. Once their objective is fulfilled , those 2 people start politics against employee/ employees. 8. Around 20 people in 1 year have been put in PIP and fired just because the 2 persons driving the company don’t like them. 9. HR here is also of no use. 10. HR only listens to those 2 people just to safeguard their jobs. 11. Every 2nd person here right now is either looking for job or on resign or in process of getting fired. For higher roles there is no job security especially in pune plant. If you are looking for job stability then do not join pune plant. For lower roles you can join but 6 days a week and 10 hours minimum daily will be required of you. They have No leave policy which does not means Unlimited leaves but actually u won't get any leaves.This rule is not for HR dept as they enjoy unlimited leave policy. In fixed leave policy atleast your leaves get carry forwarded and you get benefit when you quit the organization but over here u won't get that too.
