Officer - Process Engineer

• Handle the SMT/WSM/Reflow equipment Breakdowns & make the machine up on time also Collaborate with MFG team & understand production issue.
• Identify, improve, recommend, and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, process capability, process improvement and product quality. Prepare and effectively implement preventive maintenance program for all equipments.
• Implementation of Maintenance tools in reducing the breakdown time with effective methods such as MTBF, MTTR, Kaizen, 5S.
• Manage adequate spare-parts availability with minimum inventory.
• To set up the SMT/WSM/Reflow welding process and to update it
• To set process parameters.
• To evaluate new components and new process.
• To characterize SMT/WSM/Reflow get together cycle and to redesign it
• To manage measure abnormities.
• To improve the pass rate and diminishing dismissal rate.
• To actualize and affirm uncommon assembling measures.
• To set cycle boundaries.
• To assess new parts and a new cycle.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Must from SMT/EMS experience.

2. Good Understanding of Machines like SMT/WSM/Reflow.

3. Hands on Experience in M/c Maintenance, Breakdown.

4. Implementation of Maintenance tools methods like MTBF, MTTR, Kaizen, 5S.

5. Good knowledge on evaluation Component, Process change.
