HR team won't respond for your problems. Service base company so no guarantee on your job. just because of 5 days of short notice period they have not given experience certificate to me. They didn't given me last month salary as well. I just looped CEO of company also in mail but no response. Worst HR team.

Worst company for freshers, seniors are diligently selfish and non-cooperative... Management only knows to play politics! Salary is less compared to industry standards. Very incompetent managers except for a couple of them. They don't understand the real talent and only love those who agrees with them at any cost. Bit micro management there not with all manager few manager with older mentally and old mindset. Till now where ever I work there like just inform ahead when you want to take leave but here you needs to email as request and some manager have that mentality for every thing you needs to request them. That I feel uncomfortable.

Working in atmecs is terrible, we have to sacrifice our personal life to work for atmecs. Work life balance is zero. They over commit to their customers and that is end up in putting employees in an trouble to sacrifice the personal life.
