As a fresher i thought working in such a big company might create problems for starting but at Atidiv everything was so smooth the environment, the people all are lovely and apart from that when this covid situation emerged i was feeling quite insecure regarding my job but my team leaders provided me with wonderful positive thoughtsand feedback which made me strong and apart from this the company also cared about my family by asking them weather they are keeping well or not without me as i belong to Bhopal city but i am working here with Atidiv in Pune. Management has no goals ,they lives in imaginary world , in management team all are IITns ... doesn't matter from which branch. They hired full team for there aims and after few months they come to know that they don't have budget to buy license s/w ., So they decided to stop the project... IIT ☺️☺️😊😊
