I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. In the name of appraisal you will get hike only 2-4 percent 4 % being the highest. Management will always tell you that we are doing great but when it comes to salary hike they suddenly realise market is not going good. Yes if you are favourite performance to your manager then you will get promotions every year.
