This is a small company with talented hard working individuals. I have been working here for more than 7 years and have not thought of a change so far. Compensation is very good and based on performance. Sometimes the company exceeds our expectation. Work culture is great, if it's not an issue with client/work/project we can work from home. Since this is a small company, infrastructure is poor. Higher management is always looking for opportunity to change it anyway.

Work Details

When you work with a very small team, you will end up doing many things by yourself. There isn't a separate development team or a testing team, we do everything by ourselves. I design an application sometimes, I manage project another time, it's not fixed

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
