The only good thing was the salary but then they promise to increase the pay after finishing probation during recruitment but ultimately they don't do it.

Horrible work culture, Office politics, the people starting from the Manager to the CEO are simply sexist and horrible, huge employee turnover, you cannot share any problems/issues related to work with your Manager, he/she simply uses it on the concerned person to kick them out. Half educated and sexist people sitting at the managerial positions. Even the HR is horrible. People without any quality or merit simply pester people at higher positions and get promoted.
