The only good thing was the salary but then they promise to increase the pay after finishing probation during recruitment but ultimately they don't do it.

Dislikes

Horrible work culture, Office politics, the people starting from the Manager to the CEO are simply sexist and horrible, huge employee turnover, you cannot share any problems/issues related to work with your Manager, he/she simply uses it on the concerned person to kick them out. Half educated and sexist people sitting at the managerial positions. Even the HR is horrible. People without any quality or merit simply pester people at higher positions and get promoted. Mental & psychological torture to the employees.

... ASK where I got opportunity to take decisions for the upliftment of the school. Salary was also not OK.

...get any opportunity to develop the skills for the school management and running. salary was not very good and also higher staff support was very low. I did lots of work but didnt get anytime appreciation.

Nothing, If this organization ever faces any audit from gov. labour department it will be shut close.

Too much of micro management, not an employee friendly company, higher management is very disrespectful to employees and dominates, suppressive environment, no professionalism, no time for personal life, negative work culture, the director is a hell of a person. Is very arrogant, inhuman and harsh on employees, excessive travelling.

I worked in the Research and Studies domain. As part of the team, I participated in interesting projects and studies, which strengthened my research skills. My Domain Manager was knowledgable and approachable. The organisation put in place helpful measures and benefits to facilitate employee protection while traveling on the job during covid.

Dislikes

The job entailed extensive travel, which took some time getting used to and cope with esp during Covid.
