The management of the organisation has no idea about the work culture. Collaboration among team members is not tolerated by them, so they suffer a penalty for maximum jobs. If there is good collaboration in any team, they should break this team. This is one of the big faults in the mana gement. Trainer and floor manager have no idea how to solve this proper query, and he has no proper knowledge to serve the proper knowledge to any new employees, and after a few days, the new employees suffer. The behaviour of this person is too bad. This person does not have any financial knowledge, but they allocate finance tasks in their daily job. If any finance background employees are not to solve this job, they are not to solve this query because they do not know this subject.
