Terrible work culture, forgot your work life balance, just do peak and month end and spoil your life here, Horrible work culture and work pressure. Company is not thinking about employees life , Employee doing peak till 12 mid night, average peak day's in a month about 15-18 days where you need to be there 12 mid night.

Work timings are flexible at vakola office Yearly increment is good. Covers family in insurance. Head Office and infrastructure is great Work culture totally depends on your boss. Getting promotion as become much easier now due to competition coming in the mkt.

Unnecessary building pressure even in off season Work from home allowed only for Assistant manager and above. Not even Hybrid policy is implemented Expected to work on sick leave & festivals also. No work appreciation for north people in Hyderabad plant,high level discrimination for performance rating and promotion. Notice period will be 3 months,no negotiation,no buyout acceptance.
