It is fantastic place to learn. one have to do multitasking to complete the job. in this process you learn more than your key responsibility area.

Too much of pressure as we may have to do multitasking. People responsible to do certain task does not take ownership, hence other employees will feel the pressure. Work culture need to be changed. eveyone should takeup responsibility and complete their task without depending on the other team members.
