Dislikes

No proper company pantry No appraisal on time Transportation admins are pathetic, they instruct vendors to pick employees a 2 hrs ago and drops them at office before half an hour No R&R

Good learning to deal in tough conditions.

Dislikes

Management is not good. No increment, they do not follow any government guidelines, you can not share you ideas. Yiu have to just work like a robot. No growth. Food they offer in night shift is also not good quality, managers are also not professional.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
