Politics in Operations dept Worst Managers No Indian holidays Saturday is working for most of the teams Shift Extension to 2-3 hrs daily in each and every process Old peoples(Sr managers, Directors, Team Leads)were very smart but they all left and new peoples are dump Managers use to shout infront of everyone at floor.

Worst ever company I have joined. The culture and environment in the office is worst. HR don't even know how to behave with an employee. Terrible experience when we complain about HR they just remove the employee on medical grounds. There is no growth all chillar.....
