There is job security. Since most employees leave the organization within one year of joining, the company tries not to lay off people. Working with this organization made me realize that I can work with anyone, no matter how crazy they are. It gives you confidence.

Very professional in training, they gives their 110% in training, cafeteria is also very nice even washroom is too good , they provide personal locker for phone safety and also medical facilities like basic medicines if u r not feeling well that's it .

Behaviour of manager and HR they do their work with politics, and if u r girl and want to work as telecaller their if I highly suggest u to not apply their bcz some of them are very cheap people are there too , they promote you on base on your work but the salary will be same . They change week off as per their wish .
