The work culture for a fresher like me means a lot. As the first job always has a special place in the heart and it becomes more special with a good work culture. I had a picture in my mind for the corporate that there will be politics and i'm gone pissed off in it. But no that's not the case for me here. All my seniors are super supportive and that's the only reason for me to stay for long.
