People lose jobs here because the management always hunting for a lower priced alternative to cut costs. So, people with good experience should avoid this company. Client servicing team. These people micromanage to the point of insanity. Unqualified people are placed in senior positions so that they can be paid less. Overall work culture is deteriorating. People can be fired at any moment, please avoid.
