Now this company name has been changed to Arteria Technologies Private Limited. Just the company name has been changed, but there is no change in culture and the work-life balance is terrible. Even if you work for 24 hours in a day, they won't be happy. Lot of people cry literally as the amount of torture to employees are high. And Bonded labor is an offense in India and it is against law. But for freshers, they get 3 years bond and treat them like donkey and get the work from them....Read More

I had been working from Dec 2016 to Apr 2015, It was good experience and i have learned a lot within that 2 years and appraisal is awesome. Working environment is good and it would be a good place to learn for freshers in all departments and especially SAP domain.

Kuch Nahi... It's sin to work here. Damaging your morale and ethics.... Slavery at the highest. Government should ban this company and jail founders for unethical and inhuman approach.

Most biased company. Only for top class bootlicker. No policy. No equal rights. No gender balance. Toxic culture. No employees activities. Seven days work. No overtime. No compulsory off if you work on weekends. Extreme level of micromanage. They even note how many times you go for poo or tea. No HR is here. No career growth. Attrition rate is more than 50%.
