Gave an interview at the company and cleared all rounds.Hand decent expectations when it came to an offer as I had 3 years of experience.To my utter disappointment,their offer was almost as much as my current CTC which was a let down.Followup by HR was very poor and also reviews about the company are not all that great.Join only if you don't have any other option.Wfh is 6 days a week.Its good that I didn't accept the offer because if I had,I would have put my career in jeopardy.I feel I dodged a bullet.Please do some research before joining the company.It will save you a lot of trouble later on....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
