I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. There is nothing to dislike about artasia . everything is fine but if artasia can focus on management than it can be so helpful for company. I think if they will focus on management, quality and technical worker in company than they can beat every company in future .

My work in artasia is so much challenging as i have to look day to day activities of worker . In future if i get a chance to work as a quality inspection and management than i can improve efficiency of production and can manage workers'activities.
