Good colleagues. Had a very good team who collaborate each other and help completing the tasks be it dev or QC.

Dislikes

No Job security. Lay offs every quarter. Management look at only profit bookings instead of upping the sales. Worst company culture. Lays off high performing employees without any criteria. Advice to job seekers, please stay away from the company. By the rate of looking at the lay offs from past 1.5 years(4 lays offs), they are going to shut down soon(maybe another 1-2 years)

I have been this organization for near to 2 half years. New learning related to pharma domain other than that I don’t see any positive in this company.

I never felt like this is product based company worst management and worst HR… senior floks will rule this company. 1. Senior’s folks who are sitting years and years in the company will rule the team and perks and benefits will go only to them only … how much you struggle in the project credibility will go who are beings there fromlong term 2. If you are Kannada speaking person you will have little chance of being getting noticed 3. Those who are in the company for long term they won’t work at all … all work will be done by the who joined newly in the team and there will be no work life balance for them. 4. Leaves will given frequent to the long term ppl without questioning them … if less associate AG person keeping leaves means it will be escalated to the higher management 5. Full of biased people 6. Job security in this organization is worst without any rethinking they will fire the associate 7. HR is infavor to the higher management … don’t even think they will help you. 8. They will make us work like anything however we won’t get any perks and hikes in the annual appraisal. 9. TL’s and higher management are too worst 10. Associate who are staying in the long term will never be fired from company. 11. Most of the time we need support on weekends 12. There will be no KT from the team mates ..
