I referred a friend to this company and I regret it for lifelong

I referred a friend who is looking for a job from 6 months then he received offer letter and bond for 2 years as performance test engineer before he joined he reviewed all about the team and he joined after joining the team he got to know that in that performance team their are more than 6 peoples who have been hired for the role and Because of cheap politics from the manager vishnu and sagar have removed those people after I got to know I felt bad for my friend even he didn’t survived thr for 3 months and I regret it alott he have been gone through many worked hard appreciated by other teams but he didn’t hold a buckets to their manger or his lead these people are hiring the freshers and firing them and this is happening within the arisglobal company and nobody is dare to ask them y it’s happening and HR doesn’t ask them y it’s happening if u get offer for performance testing from arisglobal please don’t accept it and if ur in arisglobal and want to refer a friend please don’t do it like me u regret alott forever I have thinked alott and sharing this comment Becoz I don’t want someone else to waste their future with hope of new beginning...Read More

Teammates are supportive and work environment is good but there will be a work pressure sometimes.Good salary package for freshers.

Dislikes

There is a disopinion about the views and thoughts among seniors. Sometimes there will be a cold war between the seniors. Work pressure.

I worked as tester which I felt comfortable but when I shifted to development ,that was challenging.
