If you are not part of any group or blue eyed boy of management then you are always under scanner and job insecurity. High amount of regional partialty driven by founders. If you are from delivery, testing or operations/admin role then must leave self-respect at home. Ridiculous promotion process. If you are lucky enough then you'll land up in a project of longer duration as well as with good work life balance.

Dislikes

Compensation for QA levels is not that great. Most of the projects are short spanned liked 3-4 months. Work load in such projects is way to high. Literally it is work life imbalance. Most of the colleagues who have been here for a longer duration rule and run the company. Not a great place to work.

Areteans is extremely flexible on work hours. They have no micro-management. Only expected to get the work done. Every person on top management is extremely friendly and anytime reachable. HRBP puts enough effort to keep the employees engaged into various activities.

Learning scopes can be better for the functional resources. They may introduce various courses and post completion, there can be internal exams which would promote to an upper level.
