Dislikes

There is no projects which match the profile . They dnt have a good culture where they can understand if the resource has extreme work load and they are working out of the working hours and even in weekend. They only bother about billing and if we speak something logically that is considered as not relevant and they only take the client seriously not the resources. Really dnt recommend this organisation a better to work and neither for career growth...Read More
