If you are not part of any group or blue eyed boy of management then you are always under scanner and job insecurity. High amount of regional partialty driven by founders. If you are from delivery, testing or operations/admin role then must leave self-respect at home. Ridiculous promotion process. Long List short :- 1. Region based politics 2. Projects are not good at all,only a handful of I say privileged persons get into those. 3. Hardly there are any good oppotunities for onsite positions even if you have worked for more than 3-4 years.They have developed a startegy of retaining people by raising VISA,once the person gets VISA,he/she may not get any onshore project allocation,eventually the person loose precious time as well as other better opportunities,please dont fall in that trap,Its tried and tested module for them. 4. Founder driven company,HR has zero role to play in it and HR policies are like piece of paper. 5.
