1. Lack of transparency regarding 'sandwich leave' policies that should be communicated to new employees upon joining. 2. Forced overtime without a backup plan for absent employees. 3. Non-cooperative supervisors who resort to yelling. 4. Zero work-life balance. 5. Misleading job roles; advertised as Technical Support Engineer but performing tasks similar to a call center agent with minimal technical work. 6. Extended shifts up to 4.5 hours beyond the regular 9-hour shift. 7. No provision for sick leaves. 8. Unsupportive HR department that tends to favor management over employee concerns. 9. Mandatory weekly shift rotations including forced night shifts, often with little notice. 10. Unreasonable 2-year bond requirement even for experienced professionals with over 8 years of experience. First, You will not get basic benefits like Mediclaim for your and your family. Second, At the time of increment no one will talk to you, you will get to know in your salary slip (Surprise✨1.5k increment). Third, If you wish to learn something new then you need inform management that you are doing xyz certification, If you not and they get to know about this from someone then congratulations✨you will be schedule for 12hrs daily and sometimes 16hrs (Back to back Night shift and forget morning shift). Fourth, Suppose you are working for last 5 years and your salary is ABC, If someone come as a fresher then congratulations✨ again you borth are at same level ABC=ABC. Fifth, contract basis, once you sign "You are MAJDOOR". Let me explain my experience one day I was having lunch on my desk (bcz you will get only 20min lunch break, what you will do in 20min) Supervisor said calls are waiting stop this and take call. So if you want to work here then you need improve your digestion system "DON'T BITE JUST SWALLOW". Worst company culture or work life balance No rotational shift you won't be getting morning shift for 3-4 months at least you may need to go for continues night shifts for weeks and weeks Force Overtime(you get paid for OT but it's forced to do OT) Very pressure work culture....very hectic
