No organization of work, Poor Hr system which reply you after week.No reimbursement for internet bill during covid, No canteen, For some project meal break is of 20 minutes only. No 5 day working policy. company location is outside of city which causes extra expenses on travelling. No availability for public or privet transport during shifts. Only selected people receive appreciation. very poor increment ( less than 4%) ) during contract years. No PF, No medical policies. No gym. Self training. I started my career there in 2006 and till 2016 I became TL. Even at the time of leaving the company, I was offered a Role of Supervisor. It defines the way my career was shaped and developed at Aress. One who is ready to work in 24x7 with little patience and dedication have great career in Aress.
