In the city like Nashik where less scope for IT carrier, Aress provides excellent opportunity for IT engineer's (especially fresher's) to quick start their IT Carrier. Company worked in many domains like Mobile app development, Web Technology, Technical Support (24*7), Data Analytics, Data science etc. The Job Security is a key aspect which fulfill here 100%, The company focus working with learning and exploring technologies parallel. There is no benefit provided like medical/health policy, PF policy. Facility like canteen, evening snacks, office wending machine is not there. Strict In time. HR department is not cooperative. Company brings birthday celebration cakes only for TL and PL not for the Employee who work for them day and night.
