Worst is many. First HR HR in Both Locations thinks they are god and they dont have any humanity. In Some teams they will throw you out. HR team is pathetic. They will be worst ever in this company. Management is worst, Higher management most of them are from Tamil Nadu, so they hire only tamil candidates and fire other states candidates even though they are good with technical knowledge. Ajay and Rajgopal are ruining Aptean, these people taking every decision on favor of Tamil people

Some dislike points Some long-term employee, exhibit unprofessional behaviour, Often treat the company as its own property and misbehaving with team members. This conduct negatively impact team dynamics and overall workplace morale. Sometime you will feel management are also supporting indirectly.
