Here the people favor each other and if you are not there in their favor list, you won't last long. Even you work hard if you do not do as your boss says, you will be kicked out one day. Boss listens to the person who listen to him and if you say upfront remember you will be the next person in the list to be out of the company. Boss is very partial person.
