Hey all, i have a very good experience at Apisero 🙌🏻💫 I have joined Apisero as an HR Intern and it is a good place to learn! Good work environment & culture . Team mates - colleagues are very supportive and my manager (Adrija) she's so helpful through out this 3 month of journey! Hierarchical structure is good. One can reach out to anyone for difficulties in their work. Still people respect each other’s privacy.

No promotions, no salary increment, no relevant projects for full stack developers. Less development projects, lot of communication gap between managers, HRs, Higher management. No one knows NTT Data policies.

No micromanagement,quick solution on queries. Client interaction are engaged even with the freshers which gives confident towards certain knowledge. Flexible hours.
