Being a mid-level company, there’s a lot of scope of learning new things and I am glad that I have experienced both good and bad things from them. I won’t rate this company as a very good organization but yes, if you want to experience a competitive environment, this is the best place.

Dislikes

I have many reasons to dislike Apidel as a company: 1. Micro-management 2. Politics 3. Not a flexible environment and people 4. Stringent on leaves 5. No flexi-timings 6. Managers dont value their team members 7. No job security - they can fire you any time!
