Lack of leadership and vision, no standard policy, lot of politics. Salaries delayed indefinitely after 3 months of joining. After resignation you have to sign declaration that you cannot join any other similar organisation for 18 months or they file cases for penalty of 5 Lakh rupees under section 499 IPC. Think twice before joining here on false promises. I lost my time and money here.
