Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.

What I only like about the Apar Peopleworld is that CEO christopher Raju is able to run his org without any vision. He does not hire good leadership people.

Dislikes

Don't join Apar Peopleworld- all review in Google and google map. Posted by their own employwes. 1 -Keep firing people after every 2 months. 2- - Very less active clients with very less flow of requirements. Only have java nothing else 3- Same skills/requirements year on year, people are tied their working on same. 4- Hardly will get closures. 5- Team leaders are worst than recruiters in knowledge. 6 - No fun Activities, no good work environment in organisation. 7 - No good leadership people, C 8 - ceo(@christopher raju) have no proper vision.
