I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

The company is an oldest renowned company in Bangladesh. Growth in company is good as yearly increment and promotion is given on the basis of performance appraisal. My colleagues come from different culture backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration
